Is it reserved parking or where do we park

We dont have our own parking, we have deal with the Q park, 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. AS our guest you will pay 12 GBP/24 hours. THe post code is EH1 3AN Green Side Row, Q Park OMNI

What time is check in and out

Guaranteed check in is from 3PM and check out is by 11AM. Late check out options are available, £25 per hours, latest is 2PM.

Thank you for getting in touch! We do have zip and link beds, but not in all the three-bedroom apartments. So it would be subject to availability upon request. We do try our best to accommodate all our guests with these kind of requests.

What are the measurements of the beds?

Our Double beds are 140cm x 200cm - We have some exceptions with Super king size 180cm x 200cm. It is however very challenging to guarantee them as it is subject to availability.

Are there wheelchair accessible 2 bedroom apartments available ?

Yes, very close by in 5 minutes walk a Sainsbury`s, Tesco, and Lidl a little bit further away.

Can a 1 bedroom suite be used by a family of 3 adults?

There will be a extra £40 charge for the use of sofa bed ( linen and amenities). To pay on arrival Please let us know before arrival so we can prepare it

fun stay by creepy graveyard
very close to train station but thankfully quiet w double windows. perfect for family of 5 . creepy graveyard surround rooms. we were not bothered but other people might be so it probably sb disclosed that view from rooms are of graveyard. walk to castle and palace about 20 minute walk. location close to mall but crowded. spacious and we didn’t hear neighbors so sleep was good unless hot
no coffee maker and coffee downstairs was 24/7 but we went twice at 6:30 to be told to come back at 7. no ac apartment get s humid and hot at night. staff comes in even though sign is on door saying to stay out . buses are constantly idle below room making smelling exhaust and loud so windows have to be shut during the day which makes room warm.

Very Good
Location. Location. Location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our stay was generally comfortable and enjoyed the bar and the view from the roof terrace.
As we were five, we booked a two bedroom suite with a sleeper couch. We were told this would be subject to availability. All good, except that we were told 24 hours prior to check in that the couch was „not available“. Reception were helpful (thanks!) in setting up the normal couch with bedding but not ideal.
